Integration Specialist

We are looking for an Integration Specialist who can act as the technical bridge between our customers and internal Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience teams. This is a customer-facing technical role for someone who communicates exceptionally well, enjoys solving problems, and has enough technical depth to understand integrations, troubleshoot issues, and work effectively with developers.
