Mindtickle is looking for an experienced, self-driven, detail-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for our Enterprise SaaS platform—someone who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges, champions quality, and brings a collaborative style to cross-functional teams. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with high ambiguity and high stakes, delivering outcomes for enterprise and strategic customers. Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with high ambiguity and high stakes, delivering outcomes for enterprise and strategic customers
- Eliminate roadblocks, proactively mitigate risks, align stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence
- Balance speed with rigor, quality, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence
- Help establish repeatable mechanisms, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks that enable teams to deliver predictably at scale
- Play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience
- Ensure customer outcomes remain at the center of every roadmap decision, dependency, trade-off, and delivery milestone
- Advocate for the customer when priorities compete
- Consistently translate execution excellence into meaningful customer and business impact
