  • Coordinate with editors, creators, and leadership to ensure content readiness

  • Strong time management and follow-through
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, native schedulers, etc.)
  • Experience with click up
  • Proven Experience with Manychat + DM setting
  • Access to high-speed internet and a reliable workstation
  • Comfortable working with an international, remote team

Additional details

  • At WarriorBabe, we’re shaping how women reclaim their personal power — and organic content is one of our biggest levers for trust, authority, and long-term growth.
  • We don’t post randomly. We don’t chase trends blindly. We build intentional brands.
  • You’ll be stepping into a team that values clarity, execution, and ownership.
  • Your work will directly influence brand perception, audience trust, and downstream revenue — even if you’re not the one on camera.
  • Mission: Help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin.
  • This role is not about “posting when it feels right.” It’s about running a disciplined content operation.
  • If you love systems, consistency, and turning creative chaos into a clean operating machine — this role is for you.
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience.
