Company:IT Services Organization Key Skills: Network Administration, Routing, Troubleshooting Roles and Responsibilities: Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers and switches for reliable enterprise connectivity. Manage Cisco ACI infrastructure and ensure smooth network operations across the fabric. Configure and support Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (Firepower) firewalls, including security policy enforcement. Troubleshoot network, routing, switching, and firewall-related issues to restore service quickly. Monitor network performance, implement corrective actions, and support incident/problem/change management activities. Skills Required: Hands-on Network Administration experience in enterprise environments. Cisco routers and switches administration, including operational support and maintenance. Cisco ACI administration and day-to-day network operations. Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (Firepower) firewall administration. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, ACLs, VPNs, and network security concepts. Good to Have: Experience with Palo Alto or Check Point firewalls. Knowledge of Citrix ADC/NetScaler load balancers. Exposure to enterprise data center environments and security-focused industries such as BFSI. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
