Role overview
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Apache web server, including virtual hosts, SSL certificates, and performance tuning
- Install, configure, and maintain PHP and related modules
- Install, configure, and maintain Red-hat Linux operating systems and servers
- Install, configure, and maintain MySQL and administers databases
- Install, test and migrate existing applications from RHEL OS 6 to RHEL OS 8 or higher
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of the LAMP stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LAMP stack
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support and maintain the overall IT infrastructure
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Provide technical support and assistance to customer as needed
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP configuration)
- 3+ years of IT Industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux administration and Apache server maintenance
- Should be B.TECH/B.E./M.TECH
- Proven experience as a LAMP Stack Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP configuration on Infrastructure components
- Strong understanding of web server on Linux platform
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of LAMP stack components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mandatory Linux /RHEL administration certification
