Responsibilities
- Participate in job interviews as the primary communicator, showcasing your software engineering background.
- Develop and deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code that meets the standards of top-tier U.S.-based engineering teams.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle – from requirement gathering and planning to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance following the agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development (Fullstack, backend, or frontend, Devops)
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) across PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones.
- Professional English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with interviewers in a polished, engaging way
- Ability to produce high-quality code and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
