Tech Lead (Go) - Software Engineering

We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with deep software engineering and backend expertise to lead a small engineering team and take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and engineering quality. This is a hands-on role — you will drive the technical direction of the team while staying deeply involved in production development, architecture, and solving complex engineering challenges. You will lead a small cross-functional team consisting of 3 Software Engineers and 2 QA Engineers.
