Role overview

We are looking for experienced Freelance Business Development Managers who can generate and close IT projects related to web development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions. Infasta soft Solutions pvt Ltd is an end to end web solution services company who believe that if our clients can envision their goal, we can make their vision a reality through the web portals we design, offering services including website designing, mobile application development, graphic designing, end to end content writing, internet marketing, and social media management.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for web, mobile app, and software development projects
Generate leads through platforms such as freelance marketplaces, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team

Requirements

Proven experience in IT business development or project acquisition
Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, and software services
Ability to source projects independently through online platforms or personal networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
