Description Job Purpose: (Why does the job exist?) Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Absence Management, Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent Management. Resolve standard user, process, access, and transaction issues; support testing and system changes; monitor integrations; and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable HCM system operations and effective user support.
