Role overview
Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry. The role is for a Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics who will lead the people analytics function, design, build, and deploy AI-augmented analytics products and executive-ready dashboards to drive workforce effectiveness and organizational performance. You will partner with HRIS, IT, and global business leaders, ensure data integrity and governance across core HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse, and translate complex workforce data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech, reshaping the data storage industry, and we celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers. This high‑impact, hands‑on role offers the opportunity to grow with the company and contribute to meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of people analytics projects — from gathering stakeholder requirements to delivering scalable, validated, and actionable insights that guide business and talent strategy.
- Design, build, and deploy executive-ready analytics dashboards by leveraging AI and GenAI tools (including Claude) to rapidly prototype and implement custom web-based solutions — delivering intelligent, self-serve analytics experiences without the constraints of traditional BI platforms.
- Explore, prototype, and deploy AI powered analytics solutions to support workforce planning, attrition prediction, and people insights at scale.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to drive data integrity, governance, and seamless integration across core HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), ensuring the analytical foundation is reliable and audit-ready.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams — making the story behind the numbers as rigorous as the numbers themselves.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on HR processes — including talent acquisition, performance, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning — ensuring analytics outputs are grounded in real people strategy, not just data availability.
- Set standards for analytical excellence, promote AI literacy across the People team, and upskill stakeholders on how to interpret and act on AI-generated insights.
- Champion a culture of data-driven inquiry and continuous improvement, proactively identifying new opportunities to apply analytics where it creates the most organizational value.
Requirements
- Demonstrated, wide-ranging experience in a people or workforce analytics function, with a strong track record of leading complex, end-to-end analytical projects from ambiguous problem to clear business outcome.
- 8+ years of experience in data & analytics, paired with a deep understanding of core HR functions — including talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, engagement, and performance management — enabling you to connect data to people strategy without heavy hand-holding from HR partners.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and ML-powered dashboards or analytics tools to support workforce planning, attrition prediction, and people insights at scale.
- Strong technical skills in data modeling and advanced analysis using SQL and Python — comfortable operating at both the strategic and the query level.
- Outstanding communication and executive presence — able to translate complex data into a clear narrative that drives decisions at the senior leadership level.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority — you turn analytics findings into decisions, not just slide decks.
- A mentoring mindset and the ability to act as a technical subject matter expert, driving high standards for data quality, analytical rigor, and responsible use of AI-generated insights.
