We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. You will help design, implement, and v3_vb automated testing frameworks that ensure our applications are reliable, stable, and improving. You'll collaborate with developers and product teams while mentoring other engineers in adopting best practices in test automation across backend, fullstack, and mobile domains. This is an opportunity to change product quality while promoting a culture of testing excellence within our organisation. Design and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks and scripts that validate end-to-end performance and functionality for backend services, frontend applications, and mobile platforms Increase testing processes, and methodologies to enhance functional, security, and performance testing capabilities Develop structured testing plans that cover functionality, system performance, security validations, and edge cases while ensuring broad coverage and clear insights Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to embed automated testing strategies that improve deliverable quality and meet technical standards Provide mentorship and training to engineering teams in adopting and scaling automation practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards Lead simulation and stress testing programmes to measure system stability, response times, and behaviour under high traffic or variable load conditions Analyse test metrics, results, and coverage data to identify gaps, test scenarios, and improve testing methodologies Advocate for product quality by interpreting user needs and designing test cases that reflect real-world scenarios and customer expectations Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate on improving deployment processes to ensure quality at every stage Life at Grab We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.
