Lead Design Engineer

Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform that combines on-the-job learning and deal execution to drive behavior change and get more revenue per rep. Mindtickle is recognized as a market leader by top industry analysts and is ranked by G2 as the #1 sales onboarding and training product. As a Design Engineer at Mindtickle, you are someone who moves fluently between design and code, brings design intent to life with precision, and raises the bar for what 'shipped' looks like. You'll co-own our design system in code, prototype ideas before they're fully specced, and be the connective tissue between design thinking and production reality. This is a new role: part interaction designer, part product builder, part systems thinker, part hacker, part artist.
