Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create elegant, accessible, responsive, and interactive user interfaces
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional prototypes, create polished user interactions, write reusable frontend components, and resolve product performance issues
- Develop complex, high-performance, refined frontend components including a data visualization system for generating charts and tables, and a spreadsheet-inspired business modelling system
- Contribute to setting up processes to guarantee the long-term success of Drivetrain's engineering team
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience as a web, UI, JavaScript, or frontend engineer, with sound knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, a strong eye for design, and experience debugging using the browser console
- Proficiency in ReactJS and data structures
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, while also being able to ship features quickly
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring optimal flow for rapidly changing design requirements
