Responsibilities
- Designing and developing all of Orderly's interactive projects
- Making the user experience of cryptocurrency platforms easy to use for beginners and helping shape the trading experience for professional traders
- Conducting user research and analyzing user behavior
- Researching industry trends and strategies and performing competitor analysis
- Evaluating user research from different sources and identifying key issues to create new digital experiences, particularly for mobile apps
- Collaborating with developers and designers to build interactive products
- Refining and improving the user experiences of existing interactive processes of products
Requirements
- Learning ability
- Communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Self-management ability
- Ability to work in a team with people from different countries
Nice to have
- Experience designing trading tools, order entry, chart trading, etc.
- Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products
