Description Responsibilities & Role Requirements: Lead and develop the local Thermal Management engineering team in Pune and/or Chakan, ensuring strong ownership, accountability and technical excellence. Be responsible for the engineering execution of Chilled Water products, including chiller, CRAH and Thermal Wall product lines.
