Automation Lead

8 years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas. Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps. Experience with platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP, observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable. Strong understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.
