Role overview

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media graphics and other digital marketing assets for clients.
Support website and landing page design by creating banners, selecting and editing imagery, choosing icons, and developing additional visual assets.
Create consistent designs that align with established client brand identities.
Support internal marketing and creative projects.
Assist with new brand identities and accompanying visual assets as needed.
Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, effective designs.
Collaborate with our team to understand project goals, client expectations, and overall marketing strategy.
Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing agency, digital marketing, or client-facing environment.
Experience creating social media graphics, digital marketing assets, website/landing page assets, and branded materials.
Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may substitute for formal education.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles.
Experience working with brand identities and maintaining visual consistency across different platforms and formats.
Ability to understand the objective behind a project and create designs that support the client's broader brand and marketing strategy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Experience supporting multiple clients or brands simultaneously is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Motion design experience.
Figma experience.
Professional PowerPoint/presentation design experience.
