Role overview
In this role, you will be a core owner of production infrastructure and reliability for high-scale, regulated systems. You will operate at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, security, observability, and incident management, enabling engineering teams to ship confidently while meeting stringent availability, scalability, and compliance requirements. This role expects strong hands-on ownership, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to lead reliability initiatives across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain production infrastructure and services.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes.
- Implement security best practices and compliance measures.
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in Kubernetes platform management.
- Solid understanding of security principles and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
