Cloud R Analyst - AKS, GitHub Actions, SQL

Duties & Responsibilities Triage issues across different areas of the organization and manage ServiceNow Tasks. Manage production infrastructure and provide SME support to teams outside IT. Support automation of web application deployments. Follow defined escalation paths and SLAs for effective issue resolution. Troubleshoot and maintain software applications and investigate complex technical issues. Work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals while managing multiple priorities.
