Fault Management L1 Engineer 3

Description The FM L2 engineer is troubleshooting the network , identifies the network related faults , do the field dispatch and service desk related activities. Also is doing the expert level investigation of the fault/incident or problem and localization of the failure area (e.g. network, infrastructure etc.). The failure resolution (“known errors”) is within the responsibility of this role, too.
