Role overview
Grüns is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Post-Purchase to own the customer experience after purchase, including cancellation flows, order management, loyalty, and referral programs. You'll partner closely with Retention, Engineering, and Design to build new post-purchase features from idea to launch, while owning upsell, cross-sell, and retention metrics using customer research, UX design, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance and engagement of customers after they purchase a Grüns product, including cancellation flows, order management, loyalty, and referral experiences
- Build new post-purchase features end to end, from customer research and UX design through launch, partnering closely with the Retention team, Engineering, and Data
- Own analytics reporting on engagement and features, identifying leading indicators of feature usage and how they tie to retention
- Own upsell (to longer-frequency plans), cross-sell, and retention metrics, with a strong focus on price modeling, price positioning, and testing
- Help members discover and build their own custom Grüns nutrition pack across the product lineup — a core part of how the company scales over the next five years
- Build a repeatable, scalable post-purchase testing function from the ground up
- Partner with Retention organization to improve customer longevity and stickiness
Requirements
- 3-7 years of product management, ecommerce, or retention-focused work, preferably at a DTC company or a company that delivers digital experiences as part of its core service
- Proficient with Claude Code and Claude Design (or similar AI-assisted workflows) across ideation, design, copy, and build
- Deep experience with analytics and retention reporting (e.g., GA4, Heap, or a retention/cohort platform)
- Comfortable partnering with engineers on what needs to be built, whether APIs, backends, or queues
- Deep knowledge of customer research and UX design methods
- Experience with price modeling, price positioning, and a pricing/testing platform (e.g., Intelligems)
Nice to have
- Growth-oriented: seeks feedback, asks questions, and builds skills across tools
- Decisive prioritizer: synthesizes engagement, retention, and pricing data to make informed bets, picking the path expected to drive the most impact even without complete information
Benefits
- Fully remote, high-trust work environment
- Biannual off-sites to connect in person
- Comprehensive benefits coverage for you and your family
- Generous PTO
- Free Grüns products
- Perks centered around health and well-being
- Base salary range $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus depending on experience

- Collaborative communicator: keeps engineering, design, and Retention aligned through clear, proactive updates
- Process-minded: brings structure to feature and pricing testing, knows how to brief clearly, QA effectively, and document learnings post-launch
- Member-obsessed: approaches every feature and test from the lens of the member — 'Where might they get stuck?' 'What would make them stay, upgrade, or refer a friend?'
