Member of technical staff – Paris

The role Working directly with the founders, you will improve client-facing and internal software with full ownership: frontend, backend, infrastructure. You will work with Claude Code and Codex. Specifically, you will: - Maintain and improve client-facing software – knowledge management, data extraction, embedded agents, connectors with 3rd party software, continuous improvement of UX/UI based on feedback, self-improving loops - Build AI agents that run the business – working with growth staff, automate business workflows toward full automation Requirements - High agency and ownership mentality - Tasteful and able to judge independently from consensus or AI slop - Proficiency in Python and TypeScript - Ability to work across the stack - Located in Paris, fluency in French and English required Nice to have - Academic excellence - 2 – 5 years shipping software in venture-backed tech companies - Demonstrated track-record building with AI tools and managing multiple coding sessions - Familiarity with data science and/or statistics We aim for mass production of custom actuarial models thanks to a combination of advanced actuarial science and genAI frontier workflows.
