Role overview
Glean is the Work AI platform that helps enterprises work smarter with AI, offering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. As Glean’s Connectors Product Manager, you will expand Glean’s connectors library, improve existing integrations, and enhance the Indexing API and custom connector capabilities. You will work closely with customers, drive product roadmap decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes during rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Spending a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
- Developing key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision
- Empowering your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company
- Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Learning and growth mindset
- Mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success
Nice to have
- Experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools
