Responsibilities
- Programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on SMT Machines (SPP, De stacker, DMC, Pick and place, reflow, SPI, AOI, ICT, BHS etc.)
- Applying SMT process knowledge
- Pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting
- Programming and troubleshooting of SMT machines
- Maintaining good cooperation with cross functional team
- Taking initiative to achieve the goal
Requirements
- Experience in Electronics manufacturing industry
- Sound programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills on SMT Machines (SPP, De stacker, DMC, Pick and place, reflow, SPI, AOI, ICT, BHS etc.)
- Diploma with 4-8 Years of Experience, OR BE with 2-6 Years of Experience
- SMT process knowledge
- Pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Experience in SMT machines programming and troubleshooting
- Should be a team player
- Should have learning attitude, self learner / ability to self-learn
- Should be self motivated
Nice to have
- Process knowledge in SMT line
- Knowledge on other SMT machines
