Role overview
HighRadius provides a single Agentic AI platform for the Office of the CFO, integrating 180+ agents that orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. We are looking for a highly skilled Agent Developer Test-III to design and implement robust test automation frameworks, ensure product scalability and quality, and drive quality engineering best practices across the organization. You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, and backend)
- Drive test strategy and architecture decisions for complex systems
- Build reusable testing utilities and tools
- Ensure high automation coverage across releases
- Develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
- Perform API testing using tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or similar
- Implement performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Ensure continuous testing and quality validation
- Collaborate with DevOps to improve build and deployment pipelines
- Define and enforce quality standards, test processes, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews for test automation
- Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers
- Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and retrospective meetings
- Champion shift-left testing approach
- Act as a quality champion within the team
- Influence architecture-level testing decisions
- Drive automation-first approach
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Deliver high-quality products at scale
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience in API automation testing
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with microservices architecture testing
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of security testing basics
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members
- Proactive and ownership-driven attitude
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech or SaaS domain
- Exposure to AI/ML-based applications
