Lead Product Designer

Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Product Designer / UX Pod Lead to drive end-to-end design strategy and execution for core modules of our Cloud HR Tech platform. In this "Player-Coach" role, you will be the design anchor for a dedicated product pod. You will manage a small, agile team of 2 to 4 UX/UI designers while remaining fully hands-on with high-impact feature design, design systems, and complex product workflows.
