In this role, you will monitor and improve quality assurance processes, provide data quality awareness across teams, and deliver detailed testing feedback to enhance AI model accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Testing of AI based conversational products
- Monitoring and improving quality assurance process ensuring any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed
- Providing a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams
- Evaluating and identifying where enhancements in accuracy of models are required
- Detailed testing feedback preparation to help the team to improve AI models
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- Expertise in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured.
- Strong programming/scripting in Java or Python.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Understanding of Functional and Non-Functional testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, self-motivation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
