Role overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution‑oriented Process Trainer to support the Merchant Lending business. The role involves designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, building scalable capability programs, and driving learning effectiveness across the Lending Merchant ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Learning Partner for the Merchant Lending business, demonstrating strong domain understanding.
- Build and strengthen the Lending Merchant Training function focused on capability development, SOP effectiveness, and learning engagement.
- Identify business capability gaps and design behavioral and functional training interventions.
- Develop engaging learning content for classroom, virtual, and e‑learning formats.
- Work closely with SMEs to convert technical and operational concepts into easy‑to‑understand training modules.
- Facilitate training sessions and learning workshops as required.
- Manage learning calendars, training execution, dashboards, and impact measurement.
- Drive digitisation and scalability of learning content through LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Track training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and cross‑functional teams to drive L&D effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and performance goals.
- Ensure timely execution of learning interventions in a fast‑paced business environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Marathi as a language.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience in training delivery, facilitation, content development, and LMS management.
- Strong understanding of learning frameworks, adult learning methodologies, and capability‑building programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact and effectiveness.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced, and high‑growth environments.
- High ownership, execution orientation, and willingness to continuously improve and experiment.
- Education: Graduation (mandatory).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital learning tools.
- Understanding of technology, user experience, and digital learning ecosystems.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Nice to have
- BFSI domain experience preferred.
