Purpose of the Role Responsible for the implementation, improvement, and rollout of data interfaces supporting Foreign Trade and Customs processes. The role acts as the interface between business, customs operations, brokers, and IT to ensure high-quality data flows, process efficiency, and successful global deployments. Key Responsibilities Data Provision to Process Interface Data Management Maintain and improve data interfaces for internal systems and external partners. Support interface file conversion and interface location management with Data Lake and/or CustomsAI. Drive process improvements through data enrichment (e.g., Import HS-Code, MM_SA checks). Coordinate technical requirements and provide resolutions through internal IT departments. Rollout Activities Coordinate and achieve rollout timelines with Country specific Operation’s Coordinators. Manage testing, approvals, and hypercare activities with internal stakeholders, Customs brokers, and local IT tool providers. Monitor data provision and interface performance during hypercare. Data From Process to Data Lake Data Validation & Process Improvement Support automation of CSV-Data upload by validation and data quality checks Perform data validation and cross-checks to ensure data quality and consistency Validate raw data and transform structured data to Data Model as per Internal Stakeholders / process requirement. Identify and implement process improvements based on data analysis Rollout Activities Coordinate rollout plans with Country Specific Coordinators. Manage testing, approvals, and hypercare activities with customs brokers and Internal stakeholders. Monitor data quality and provision status during stabilization phases. Qualifications & Skills Educational qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline. Formal training or certification in Data provisioning will be preferred. Experience: · 5+ years of rich experience with Data provisioning within Supply Chain. (prior experience collaborating with global teams is highly preferred). Business & Professional Skills Basic understanding of Foreign Trade and Customs processes. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-Business-Group environments. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Analytical and process-oriented mindset. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. Technical Skills Basic SQL knowledge. Basic ETL knowledge (Alteryx and/or KNIME). Basic Microsoft Power Automate skills. Basic Automation Anywhere 360 knowledge. Basic Bosch Digital File Service knowledge. Basic DIA Brain knowledge. Understanding of data interfaces, data validation, and automation concepts.
