Responsibilities
- Build new backend connectivity services that power millions of VMs running on Databricks
- Lead the design and development of services that power connectivity between the control plane and compute plane
- Ensure delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient networking systems by working closely with product management, operations, and other engineering teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of production level experience in one of: Python, Java, Scala, C++, or similar language
- 3+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch
- Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service‑Oriented Architectures
