Responsibilities
- Analyze user research data to identify patterns, user needs, and actionable insights.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits to assess product usability and alignment with best practices.
- Organize findings into well-structured research summaries, usability reports, and rationale documents.
- Evaluate and document information architecture and interaction design decisions.
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) to audit and improve digital products for inclusivity.
- Produce clear, precise written communications that convey research outcomes and design rationales to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Synthesize and resolve complex or conflicting data points to deliver concise, evidence-based recommendations.
