Senior Manager, Network Engineering

Position Summary The Manager, Compute Infrastructure Engineering provides people leadership, operational direction, and technical oversight for TTEC's enterprise compute infrastructure environment. This role leads a technical team responsible for supporting, administering, and improving core infrastructure services across Microsoft platforms, on-premises and Azure Active Directory, Linux, storage, backup, server administration, database administration, image management, and update management.
