- 3-8 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or forward-deployed engineering working under tight-deadlines and adapting to changing customer requirements
- Experience at a VC-backed FDE company, early-stage startup, OR big tech with broad scope
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role with end-to-end ownership from scoping through delivery
- Built batch data pipelines processing large volumes of structured & unstructured data at scale
- Working understanding of AI/ML training workflows
- Proficiency with ETL and SQL
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field
Nice to have
- Experience operating in healthcare data environments with PHI compliance
