Role overview
LetsVenture, India’s largest platform for early‑stage investing and fundraising, is looking for a remote Product Manager to work closely with the product team to define and build the LetsVenture platform. This role offers a big impact opportunity to shape the product management function as the company grows, ideal for someone who thrives in the very early stages of a company and is self‑driven.
Responsibilities
- Identify problems and priorities by applying user science, analytics, and business acumen to identify customer and user problems.
- Prioritize problems to solve using the lens of strategy, user goals, and LetsVenture purpose.
- Evangelize and communicate the product plan.
- Apply low‑fidelity design to present vision for solutions to problems.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at detailed solutions to problems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to adoption and usage.
- Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touch points.
- Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product.
- Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope.
- Break down scope into launch iterations together with engineering and design.
Requirements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience at a startup or have started your own company that shipped a product.
- Engineering/technical background that allows you to reason about product trade‑offs and make good choices without significant input from engineers.
- At least 2 years of practicing engineering experience before becoming a product manager.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Track record of shipping high quality products and features and owning the process end‑to‑end.
- Experience building modern web applications.
- Familiarity with modern UX/UI patterns.
- Attention to detail – great products are all about the details.
- Passionate about joining a small team and building a company.

- Experience shipping mobile apps.
- You've worked at a startup before.
