As a Senior Manager for the Content Commerce team at Meesho, you will drive how millions of users organically discover trends and find personal inspiration on the platform. This is a 0-to-1 charter focused on the dual challenge of Content Supply and Algorithmic Ranking/Discovery, with ownership of user engagement, DAU growth, and content-to-commerce conversion metrics.

- Be the driving force behind how millions of users organically discover trends and find personal inspiration on Meesho
- Solve the dual challenge of Content Supply and Algorithmic Ranking/Discovery
- Own user engagement, DAU growth, and content-to-commerce conversion metrics
- Ensure the feed surfaces highly relevant, visually stunning, and localized content

- The team is taking a massive leap from a purely transactional e-commerce platform to a destination for visual discovery and personal inspiration
- Building an inspiration feed inside the Meesho app, focused on look-based, trend-based, and highly personalized inspiration across major lifestyle categories like Fashion, Home, and Beauty
- The team holds end-to-end responsibility to figure out the supply of engaging content, establish content partnerships, and solve complex discovery and ranking problems to scale daily active users (DAU)
