Sr. Support Engineer 2 - L1 Ops, L1 support, Infra, Azure, Windows, Monitoring tools

Scope: We are looking for an enthusiastic L1 Infra Engineer (8-10 years) to join our IT/Infrastructure team. (Immediate Joiners Preferred) The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing (preferably Azure), databases, and server administration (Windows/Linux). This role focuses on infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and L1 operational support across cloud, server, network, and database environments.
