Project Planning & Profitability Management: Organize internal kick-off meetings with stakeholders (QA/QC, Safety, SCM, etc.) to define actions and deliverables per contract. Map Client/PMC organization structure for understanding decision-making and payment processes. Coordinate with CMs to prepare work schedules and billing schedules, planning resource allocation (material, manpower, etc.) with the Regional Operations Head.
