Responsibilities
- Executing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing
- Applying knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC, etc.
- Planning the work schedule and managing the shift to achieve desired output by the team
- Assigning duties to employees and trainees and overseeing their progress
- Ensuring that daily production goals are met
- Creating production process reports
- Identifying issues and efficiency concerns and suggesting improvements
- Training and integrating new operators
- Maintaining full understanding of industry safety standards
- Enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements
- Education: B.E / B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics with 3+ years of experience in relevant field
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with 5+ years of experience in relevant field
- Technical qualification in engineering and experience handling trainees and getting work done
- Understanding of industry safety standards
- Experience with GEMBA Board & Chart, shift-wise production data, and safety incident reports in Intelex
- Daily management (Tier-1 & Tier-2)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi language
- Flexibility to accommodate business requirements
- Ability to multitask and deliver within timelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with diverse groups and cultures
