Role overview
Zscaler is seeking a Staff Business System Analyst to join the IT Business Apps department, reporting directly to the Director of CRM & PRM Applications. This is a remote position within India focused on driving the technical evolution of CRM systems by capturing business requirements for SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations, partnering with leaders to define system goals, prioritize project scoping, and translate complex business needs into functional designs for engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a process and systems leader with deep ownership of how GTM strategy is operationalized across tools, workflows, and data models
- Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize existing technologies and methodologies that enhance GTM experience and simplification
- Lead business and functional requirements while defining and prioritizing scoping
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical designs, and handle intakes and troubleshooting in a timely manner
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of GTM process and workflows in Salesforce
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 8-10 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software
- 6+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms
- Proven experience driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow
- Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of implementing complex processes including account management, opportunity management, and partner relationships
- Availability to support business-critical production issues 24x7 when necessary
- Experience Cloud Certification or direct Experience Cloud implementation experience
