Ekam Apps builds a suite of AI-native products used by real clients across industries. As a fresher on this team, you will not be working on internal tools or side projects: you will be shipping features on live products that people depend on, from day one. If you want to join a company where AI tools are the default, ownership is real, and your work is visible from the start, this is the role. About Us - Ekam Apps Ekam Apps (ekamapps.com) is a lean, AI-first studio that builds products and automation solutions for clients across industries. Our daily workflow runs on AI-native tools and Claude: that is how we ship fast with a small team. We build and run a growing suite of AI products: Docwise: an AI-powered document intelligence platform for automated collection, verification, and processing of documents across WhatsApp, email, and branded portals. Covers 50+ document types with 800+ government source verifications, all no-code. ComWise: an AI-powered customer engagement platform that brings WhatsApp and web chat into a unified inbox with an AI copilot, workflow automation, and campaign tools. Backed by Claude, Gemini, and GPT. Tripwise, Educwise, and more: a growing portfolio of vertical AI products being built for specific industries. You will be working across these as they evolve. We work with clients ranging from Australian public-sector platforms to Indian fintech and insurance companies. Real products, real users, real impact. The founding team you will be working with: Nitin Gupta, Founder, 20+ years in tech, 12+ in leadership across India Today Group, Lenskart, Senior World, and Zecross. Alok Kumar Sinha, AI Program Manager: drives AI program delivery and ensures the team ships with quality and speed. Aditya Mohan Gupta, CPO: product and growth leader shaping the roadmap across the Ekam Apps product suite. How We Work - AI-first, not AI-assisted We are an AI-first company. AI tools are not an add-on here: they are the default way we work across everything, including coding, debugging, research, and communication. You will be set up with the best AI coding tools available and expected to use them to move faster and think bigger. If you have been waiting for a team that genuinely embraces AI in the development workflow rather than tolerating it, this is it. Responsibilities - What you'll be doing Build and ship features across the Ekam Apps product portfolio: Docwise, ComWise, Tripwise, Educwise, and others Work across the full stack: Next.js frontend, FastAPI and Node.js backend, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases Integrate AI capabilities into product features using LLM APIs, building prompts and workflows that work in production Iterate quickly based on real user and client feedback, with short cycles from idea to production Take end-to-end ownership of what you build: from writing the code to making sure it works in production Work directly with the founding team, close to product decisions and not behind layers of management What We're Looking For - Curious, hands-on, and eager to build Fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Solid programming fundamentals in JavaScript or Python: you can read an error, trace a bug, and write clean logic Some hands-on exposure to web development, even through personal projects, college assignments, or open source Basic familiarity with databases: you understand tables, queries, and why data modeling matters Genuinely curious about AI: you have experimented with LLM APIs, built something with an AI tool, or spent time understanding how these systems work Takes initiative: you do not wait to be told what to do next, you figure it out and ask the right questions Comfortable with ambiguity: you can start with an incomplete spec and work toward something that ships Nice to Have - Bonus points Any project using Next.js, FastAPI, or a similar modern framework Experience with Supabase, MongoDB, or any cloud database Built or experimented with an LLM-powered feature, chatbot, or automation Familiarity with REST APIs and how frontend and backend communicate Contributed to open source or shipped a personal product publicly
