Role overview
Paytm is seeking a TechOps professional with 5 to 7 years of experience to troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve customer-impacting issues. The role focuses on detecting patterns and collaborating with engineering development and/or product teams to eliminate defects, requiring strong troubleshooting, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and manage disparate and overlapping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and resolve customer impacting issues
- Detect patterns in customer impacting issues
- Work with the engineering development and/or product teams to eliminate defects
- Constantly hit the ground running

Requirements
- 5 to 7 years experience into TechOps role
- Good knowledge of Linux environment and having an idea about shell scripting
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of AWS
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Rest API working experience to execute curl, analysing request and response, HTTP codes etc.
- Should be familiar with regular networking protocols (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP) and its use cases
- Strong troubleshooting, technical, communication and problem solving skills
