Concept Development for IT Systems & ProcessesDevelop and design system and process concepts in the Lead-to-Order (L2O) area, aligned with our overarching IT strategy (utilizing SAP CRM Sales Cloud as the core platform).Collaborate closely with central departments, cross-divisional teams (especially Bosch Digital and Global Services), and international Home Comfort (HC) business units.Assess IT market trends and evaluate business requirements to build highly integrative solutions (focusing on interfaces with S/4HANA, central customer master databases, and material master data applications).Analyze, design, and economically evaluate solution pathways within our interconnected CRM subsystem landscape.Align technical solutions with internal departments, define service scopes for IT service providers/developers (such as Bosch Digital or SAP), estimate capacities, and manage agile project planning.Implementation & Realization Validate the functional performance of the SAP Sales Cloud solution and coordinate pilot testing in Germany, including the evaluation of test operations.Lead the deployment and implementation of new IT systems and processes.Create, align, and coordinate critical steering and operational guidelines (e.g., operating manuals) to secure seamless system rollouts.Drive the continuous development of our CRM solutions based on international business needs and steer international rollouts in close alignment with ongoing S/4HANA projects.Operations & System SafeguardingEnsure the stable operation of our IT systems in alignment with cloud infrastructures and processes.Act as the key orchestrator to harmonize diverse interests across operations, project teams, and development partners when system requirements change.Consulting, Support & TrainingEnsure high-quality CRM user support during rollouts and daily operations.Advise business units on process design, IT strategy, and future-ready system architectures while considering international nuances (such as languages and time zones).Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programs.Foster regular and transparent communication between the business organization and Bosch Digital (BD).? Your ProfileEducation: University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.Experience: Proven track record in designing and implementing SAP CRM (Sales Cloud / C4C), SAP ERP (ECC / S/4HANA) systems and processes, specifically within the Lead-to-Order (L2O) cycle. Order to Cash (O2C) experience is added advantage.Technical Know-how: Strong understanding of system integration, particularly with S/4HANA, central customer master data, and master data management.Methodology: Hands-on experience working in agile project environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align interests between business units, cloud infrastructure teams, and IT developers.Languages: English B.E or B.Tech 9-12yrs in SAP CRM (Sales Cloud / C4C), SAP ERP (ECC / S/4HANA)
