SME / Sr Engineer - Platform & Endpoint Security

What success looks like in this role: The resource will be responsible for: Supporting the operational health of Trend Micro agents across on-premises and cloud-hosted server environments. Managing the lifecycle of the Trend Micro platform and client agents. Producing monthly KPI and compliance reports, including agent installation coverage and health status. Performing incident resolution and operational remediation activities for reporting and agent-related issues.
