Role overview

Responsibilities

Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
Write well tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
Own multiple projects, lead and manage teams with help from Team Leads and senior developers, and own communication with the customers.
Take the projects ahead on the technical goals.
Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.
Ensure effective translation of customer requirements, and business needs to technical solutions.
Guide multiple teams on customer projects.
Work directly with at least one team of senior and junior Developers, helped by a Scrum Master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards quarterly (rolling to annual) targets of the business for the Product and Business owners.
Work with offshore and onshore Software Architects, and act like one if possible, to help the teams come up with technical architectures.
