Role overview
We are hiring a Back-End Software Engineer proficient in Golang, C++, and LLVM to develop blockchain products from concept to completion at a globally distributed venture studio. The role focuses on building scalable, robust, and fault‑tolerant systems, working on large‑scale distributed architectures, and delivering high‑quality features on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop products from concept to completion
- Deliver engineering excellence by building insanely scalable, robust, and fault‑tolerant systems
- Ship high‑quality product features on schedule
- Build and maintain blockchain protocols that ensure high performance and respond to requests from decentralised applications
- Architect software using AWS
- Develop real‑time data pipelines, APIs, and query languages
- Maintain large‑scale distributed systems
Requirements
- 2-5 years backend engineering experience in a team environment
- Experience working on large‑scale distributed systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
- Proficiency in Golang, C++
- Experience with LLVM compiler
- Experience with Node.JS and MongoDB
- Architect software using AWS
- Strong experience with Linux, Docker, Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Deep knowledge of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
