Application Lead Test Engineer

What success looks like in this role: We’re looking for a senior engineer who can both build and break software. You’ll develop features across our full stack, lead quality for the team, and own the test strategy. Roughly [50%] of your time will be spent on application development and [50%] on testing and QA activities. You’ll work in Java, PHP, Jmix, JavaScript and TypeScript, use AI to work faster while keeping human judgment in the loop, and lead a small team of QA engineers.
