Role Summary Drive corporate strategy, ecosystem leverage, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that support SDS.AI’s long-term growth, competitiveness, and business transformation. The role provides the fact base, strategic choices, and execution discipline required to align leaders around a clear growth agenda and convert that agenda into measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Corporate Strategy & Growth Agenda Lead the formulation and periodic refresh of SDS.AI’s corporate strategy, translating ambition into clear strategic priorities, choices, and multi-year plans. Develop robust market, customer, competitive, and portfolio analyses to identify attractive growth spaces and strategic risks. Facilitate strategy discussions with executive leadership and create alignment on direction, investments, and resource allocation. Define strategic narratives and decision materials that make complex choices clear for senior stakeholders. Portfolio, Market & Competitive Intelligence Assess the attractiveness, differentiation, and growth potential of current and adjacent service, engineering, AI, and digital business models. Maintain a forward-looking view of market movements, customer demand, competitor actions, and technology-led disruption. Shape portfolio and growth planning, including options for new markets, offerings, capabilities, alliances, and inorganic opportunities where relevant. Translate insights into practical recommendations with explicit assumptions, benefits, risks, and implementation implications. Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Sponsor and orchestrate cross-functional strategic initiatives that advance priority business outcomes and organizational transformation. Establish initiative charters, milestones, governance, dependencies, and performance measures; surface risks and unblock execution. Work closely with business, finance, technology, delivery, sales, people, and partnership leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are executable. Track delivery of strategic commitments and communicate progress, decisions required, and realized impact to leadership. Ecosystem Leverage & Stakeholder Management Identify where partnerships and ecosystem relationships can accelerate market access, capability development, innovation, and growth. Partner with the ecosystem and technology leadership teams to incorporate external leverage into strategic plans and business cases. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and influence decisions through rigorous analysis and clear communication. Strengthen strategic planning capabilities, operating rhythms, and fact-based decision making across SDS.AI. Essential Experience & Qualifications Significant experience developing and executing business, corporate, or growth strategy in technology services, engineering, AI, digital, consulting, or adjacent sectors. Strong understanding of technology services, engineering, and digital business models, including their market and value-creation dynamics. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational change. Experience managing strategic partnerships or incorporating ecosystem opportunities into growth plans. Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear business choices. Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
