The company is seeking a (Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations, to join the Supply domain's Integrations team. This role focuses on onboarding carriers, integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures, and building revenue-increasing products through innovation and automation.
Responsibilities
- Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
- Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
- Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia
- Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
- Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)
Requirements
- Rail industry experience. Hands-on experience with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier and transportation industry standards.
- Product Management background: 4+ years of professional experience, with hands-on exposure to the technical side of the product (APIs / data products)
- Stakeholder management: strong track record influencing without direct authority, including at C-level, while comfortably context-switching and showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.
- Management skills: solid grounding across product, process, project, and people management, developed within cross-functional teams.
- Background: technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
