Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of planning, reporting, and analytics outputs.
Planning & Forecasting Support: Oversee preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for SG&A and functional cost centers.
Analytics & Insights: Guide the team in developing dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Data Governance: Ensure integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial data across systems and reports.
Process Improvement: Drive automation and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with global FP&A and IT teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the India team and global FP&A leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Capability Building: Upskill team members on planning tools, analytics techniques, and emerging technologies (AI/ML).
Performance Management: Monitor team KPIs, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

8–10 years of experience
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Proficiency in planning tools (SAP, TM1) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
Exposure to automation and data analytics initiatives within finance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
