Senior Associate - Network / Telecom Engineer

This role is to ensure reliable communication and connectivity across the Smart Metering (AMI) network by monitoring telecom infrastructure, resolving communication issues, and maintaining network performance as per project SLAs. Key Responsibilities Monitor communication performance of Smart Meters, DCUs, HES, and MDMS. Analyze and resolve Non-Communication (Non-Comm) meter issues. Coordinate with telecom operators and vendors for network availability and SIM management.
